Victor Noe Fonseca-Huerta, 34, of Batesville, was arrested on a warrant for delivery of methamphetamine and trafficking a controlled substance, both class Y felonies, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a class B felony.

During a search warrant executed at Fonseca-Huerta’s residence, investigators found $5,839 in a dresser. In the garage of the residence, investigators found three gallon-sized plastic bags and two bundles wrapped in plastic. Inside each bag and bundle was a white crystalline substance. Also in the garage area investigators located multiple plastic bags that contained a white crystalline residue substance inside.

A set of digital scales with a white crystalline substance was located near the suspected methamphetamine, along with packaging material.
