Dating on The Internet
I have a few single friends that have tried it
And even before i met my mate i tried dating on the internet
It was kind of exciting, almost sneeky the fun kind of sneeky
It seem to add a little something to look forward too
I did talk to a couple of men that i later met in person
Only one that could have been something more than friends
but that did not seem to work out
The main reason for that is that he ask me to marry him in one month!
I think i recall the words "NO WAY" Flying from my mouth!
He seem to be a very good person, very kind and also had a great job
which i am gonna guess that all the good stuff rolled up in one, is like a
BIG CAUTION SIGN .. I was taken in, right at first but talk of marriage in the first month
made me back off and look at things quick ..
Hey i am glad i did, i never would have met the wonderful man that i am with now.
I thought i would share the things that i have learned from dating on the internet
This type of dating can be fun alright but very risky also
The person may not be who they say they are..
Like one guy told me he was very handsome.. well that was not my opinion
Nor was he blond or 6 feet 4" tall, but he sure thought he was all this and a bag of chip's
I do know you should talk for a long while to get to know one another..
Then if you do decide to meet the person, do it in a public place..
Also take a friend along and let others know where you are going
I took 2 of my buddy's "male friends"
Anyone have an experience dating on the internet?
The number of men just my network area is unreal..
Maybe there is such a thing in too many choices?
