Authorities say they have recovered nearly 90 percent of the items reported stolen from a Newark business Tuesday night, and they have a suspect in the case.
The Foot Hills Artist Theater, at 450 College St. in Newark, was burglarized after someone cut the lock off a chain link fence and then entered the business through an unlocked door, according to a statement from Rick Weaver, who runs the business.
“The suspect put items in a cooler that was in the building, then put items in other containers to be carried out,” Deputy Jeremy Qualls said.
