Rose Smith

CHEROKEE VILLAGE — Rose Smith, 86, of Cherokee Village died Monday, March 8, 2010, in an Ash Flat nursing home.

She was a retired registered nurse and a member of First Baptist Church of Cherokee Village. She enjoyed aerobic swimming and golf, having won a championship in Cherokee Village and having played in tournaments in Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Survivors include her husband, Robert Smith; and two brothers, John Simmons of Erie, Pa., and Jim Simmons of Peoria, Ill.
