LITTLE ROCK (AP) — Democratic members of Arkansas’ congressional delegation say a $1.1 million grant of stimulus funds will be used to fund a Head Start Advisory Council for the state.
An announcement Tuesday from Sens. Blanche Lincoln and Mark Pryor and Reps. Marion Berry, Vic Snyder and Mike Ross said the state would get $1,174,518 from the federal Health and Human Services Department.
