10.25 lbs. wins event

CAVE CITY — Roger Brown and David Diemer won Saturday’s Cave City Bass Tournament on Crown Lake in Horseshoe Bend with a stringer weighing 10.25 pounds, tournament director Ron Watkins said.

Thirty-six anglers participated in 19 boats.

Chad Tracy and Sharh Tracy placed second with 7.85 pounds. Keith Lawrence and Danny Matthews came in third with 6.95 pounds.

Clark Neal weighed in the biggest bass, a 4.75-pounder.

The next tournament will be from 6 p.m. June 27 to 1 a.m. the following day, on Greers Ferry Lake out of the Old Hwy. 25 Ramp.
