Wheels put into motion for jail

The planned 100-bed facility will have more than twice the space for inmates than the current jail, which is meant to house less than 40 but averages more than 50 inmates a night. Facebook's anarchy may be its downfall

I use it, but I hate it.

Unlike most things you hate, it's actually pretty difficult to just ditch Facebook.
