Von Alt captured near Cushman
WEARING CAMOUFLAGE clothes, a cap and flip-flops, Bryan D. Von Alt is escorted into the Independence County jail following his capture Friday afternoon. Von Alt, who had failed to return to jail following a judge approved furlough and was reported to be armed, was captured on Kinion Road around 5:30 p.m. without incident by members of the Independence County SWAT team.
